Hi I'm Becky Clair. I'm an artist, wife, mama and puppy wrangler. Originally from Sonoma County, I've been loving life here on the Central Coast for almost 15 years.

My journey with photography started early in High School and come graduation, I knew all I wanted to do was make a life for myself photographing the world and the people in it. I moved to San Luis Obispo when I was 18 to attend Cal Poly's Art & Design program, and a few years later I graduated with my BFA in Photography and Digital Imaging.

But it wasn't all work and no play. My first year at Cal Poly I met a boy. A cute surfer boy, who, with his contagious smile and generous heart, would encourage me to seek adventure in new places and with new people. In 2011 we tied the knot and the next year we welcomed our first bundle of joy - a furry rescue dog named Kane. What a handful he was. But with a lot of love and training, he turned into a great family dog. And just in time for our second bundle of joy to arrive - our beautiful and spirited daughter Hazel.

The love I have found, and the life we have made together is a big part of why I am so drawn to photographing weddings, families and the human connection. I know the emotions tied in to becoming a bride and starting a family, and the crazy/beautiful/complicated/life changing moments before, after and in between. I tear up just thinking about it. I am honored that people trust me to capture the special moments in their lives. Our memory can sometimes fail us, but the photographs can last forever. I'm grateful for wonderful clients who understand the value of preserving these memories.
