Happy Leap Day friends! You may be thinking, “wow, a best of 2019 post, in February? that’s strange.” You’re totally right, but we have been graced with an extra day this year and I intend to take advantage of it.
Many people were ready to see 2019 go bye-bye, but I feel as though I was pulled away from 2019 kicking and screaming, reaching for those things on my to-do list that would never get done. This is because I had another beautiful baby girl back in April. As any other mom will know, this meant that I would be thrown back in to the perpetual state of working my butt off while getting absolutely nothing done. When 2019 came to a close, I gave up on the idea of doing my usual “Best of” post, ready to move on to the new work I had in front of me. But I realized something – my 2019 clients deserve to know how much their images mean to me, just like any other year. So, here we are. It WAS a great year, a busier year than I had planned, and I am proud of the work I did. I continue to be blessed with great clients, some who have come back year after year so that I may photograph the next beautiful stage in their lives, their growing families, or their growing businesses.
